If you live on Planet Earth, there’s going to be stress. Mindful movement, also known as yoga, activates your calm superpower! Being present here and now gives you a “brain break.” This calm superpower helps reduce your stress and allows you to have happier, better-regulated days. If you ever feel like things are moving too fast on Planet Earth, or you can’t name your feelings, taking simple steps can help you and your family, classmates and community stay more calm and grounded.
