The Adirondack region will host its first-ever menopause-focused public health event this spring: the Meno-Curious? Women’s Health Summit, takes place Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the historic Camp Dudley in Westport, Ny.
Across the country, menopause workshops and summits are flourishing, yet the Champlain Valley and Adirondack Park have a dearth of menopause-focused health events or programs. Meno-Curious? aims to change that by centering accessible midlife health education, playful but honest dialogue, and care without stigma.
This one-day summit will bring together midlife women for expert-led sessions, movement workshops, and supportive community circles, offering a much-needed space for education, connection, relief, and laughter.
“We’ve been taught to tough this stage out in silence. We’re flipping that script. Every woman deserves support, real expertise, and the kind of community that makes you feel seen again, not sidelined,” said summit organizer Jen Williams, a resident of Westport, Ny.
Regular registration is $39 and opens in March; there will be a limited number of no-cost admissions available as well. Attendance will be capped at 55 participants to preserve a supportive, intimate environment.
The event will include:
- Gentle movement to support sleep, mood, and joint health
- Expert panel on menopause symptoms, treatment options, and mental well-being
- Small-group workshops on nutrition, stress, sleep, and sexual health
- A Community Café featuring local women-owned businesses
- A closing circle and co-creation of future “Meno Circles”
Call for Sponsors & Grant Partners
To keep registration affordable for all regional women, Meno-Curious is seeking:
- Platinum Sponsor – $2,600
- Presenting Sponsors – $1,750
- Community Sponsors – $1,000
- In-Kind Sponsors – snacks, swag, printing, flowers, décor, design, media support

The total event cost is estimated at $10,000 with sponsorships and grants ensuring the summit remains widely accessible—especially for women from underserved, rural, or low-income households.

“This is not a for-profit event,” Williams noted. “Any remaining funds go directly into launching free or low-cost monthly community circles focused on movement, menopause education, and community-building.”
Let’s start the conversation about co-creating monthly circles moving forward.
